Terms of Service
End-user license agreement for EndBill
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EndBill ("Service"), an online invoicing and business management platform. By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
EndBill helps businesses manage customers, invoices, recurring billing, expenses, and related records. The Service may include integrations with third-party platforms such as QuickBooks Online. Features available to you depend on your role and business configuration.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring that users you authorize to access your business account comply with these Terms
Business administrators may manage users within their organization. Platform administrators may manage businesses and accounts at the system level.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to access data belonging to another business or user without authorization
- Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service
- Reverse engineer or misuse APIs, integrations, or system features except as permitted
- Upload or transmit malicious code or content that violates applicable law
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you enter into the Service, including customer records, invoices, and financial information. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for maintaining your own business, tax, and accounting records as required by law.
5. Third-party integrations
If you connect third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, you authorize EndBill to access and import data from those services according to the permissions you approve during connection. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, outages, or changes to their APIs.
You may disconnect integrations at any time from within the Service where that feature is available.
6. Customer portal
If your business enables customer portal access, you are responsible for inviting customers appropriately and for the content and invoices made available to them through the portal.
7. Availability and changes
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that it will meet your specific business or legal requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EndBill and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no fees were paid.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if continued access poses a security or legal risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
